Labor & Industries (L&I) Injury Management & Comprehensive Comp Monitoring
We provide comprehensive care for work-related injuries through Washington State Labor & Industries (L&I), specializing in injury evaluation, treatment, and complete workers' compensation case management. Our clinic supports injured workers with timely documentation, claim tracking, and return-to-work planning, all while ensuring compliance with L&I requirements. As an experienced occupational health provider, we coordinate directly with employers, claim managers, and vocational counselors to reduce delays, improve outcomes, and streamline the L&I claims process from start to finish.
Firefighter Monitoring Program
We are proud to offer our comprehensive Firefighter Wellness Program, including all of the NFPA 1582 features and more! In addition to X-ray, basic labs, Stress Treadmill, PFTs, and the other services, we offer optional, more comprehensive assessment of hormones, toxins, exercise capacity, and cancer screenings. All services are conducted IN-HOUSE with our experienced, friendly, and efficient staff. We are up to date on the parameters and guidelines outlined in NFPA 1582 publication and can help you set up and stay compliant with any department-specific features. Our office is centrally located with ample parking, and during these scheduled times, we dedicate our office to our Fire and EMS personnel to streamline the process. DOT Medical Exams - $100 cash / $110 card
The FMCSA mandates that commercial drivers operating vehicles with a maximum gross vehicle weight rating of over 10,000 pounds are required to obtain and maintain a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate (ME Certificate)
Basic Physicals/Fit for Duty
From basic physicals to more comprehensive “Fit for duty” exams and pre-employment, we can help. We can work with your company to customize our exams to your needs. We also offer sports physicals and other general physicals.
Silicosis and Asbestosis
Asbestosis and silicosis occurrence may occur in people overexposed to dusts in various occupations such as mining, construction, manufacturing, and building maintenance. Monitoring programs are mandated for some workers. We can help you stay in compliance.
Pulmonary Function Testing
Pulmonary function tests (PFTs) are noninvasive tests that show how well the lungs are working. The tests measure lung volume, capacity, and rates of flow for workers exposed to potentially dangerous levels of dust. We can also sign off on your respirator fit questionnaires.
Respirator Fit Test
We offer quantitative respirator fit testing. This is a pass/fail method used on half-masks that relies on senses - such as taste and smell - to detect air leakage from your respirator.
TB Test
The TB skin test is performed by injecting a small amount of fluid (called tuberculin) into the skin on the lower part of the arm. The patient will return within 48-72 hours for results. We also have blood draw option available.
Hearing Conservation
A hearing conservation program tests baseline hearing and then can monitor for hearing loss over time. Hearing loss due to exposure can cost an employer heavily in insurance and disability claims.
Substance Abuse Testing
We offer a wide variety of DOT and non-DOT urine drug screens, drug hair analysis, as well as breath alcohol testing. Please contact us to discuss getting your company set up with our clinic.
